After an initial consultation I will create a personalized exercise regime tailored to your specific fitness goals, revising it every two to three weeks to keep you challenged and motivated. My specialty is designing in-home programs to be as efficient as possible by targeting multiple muscle groups with each exercise for a total body workout every session.
