In May 2005 I was diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. In an effort to avoid the available drug therapies I consulted with a naturopath and opted to manage my illness using diet and exercise. I am pleased to say that I have been without a relapse since.
I have become a firm believer that “you are what you eat” and that a physically fit body is the best way to maintain health and wellness. I personally follow a gluten-free, (bovine) dairy-free, low fat diet and combine it with a regular fitness routine. Now in my early forties I am in the best shape of my life.
